US company Strider raises $5.5 million to build its new platform that will help create story-driven Web3 games with players.

A side note: Million on Mars has secured $3.5 million in funding for its Web3 simulator

Makers Fund and Fabric Ventures led the funding with contributions from Shima Capital, Sfermion, Magic Eden and other high-profile funds, raising a combined total of almost $9million.

The idea behind the platform is to enable players to create a new game on a common engine in the shortest possible time and then bring new users into the world.

In Strider we believe that everyone and everywhere is a storyteller, and creating stories together is much more fun than doing it alone.

Andrew Green, CEO of Strider

Details of the platform and the start of testing will be published by the team shortly.
