Playtika has acquired Israeli mobile gaming studio Innplay Labs, just two weeks after reaching an agreement.

Earlier this month, Playtika agreed to acquire Innplay for a potential total of $300 million (£245/€283 million), including an initial €80 million and additional clauses that may increase the final price.

Innplay Labs, founded in 2019, has developed popular titles including Water Ride, Brix Master, and Animal Kingdom. It has received funding from Vgames, a venture fund for game entrepreneurs.

Playtika is committed to expanding its mobile gaming portfolio. In fact, it recently acquired the Youda Games content portfolio from Azerion for €150 million.
