Microsoft will announce the completion of its $68.7 billion purchase of Activision Blizzard on October 13, according to The Verge.

The date may change depending on the UK Competition’s decision. Initially, the British regulator banned the deal, but in September they revised their position after Microsoft agreed to give Ubisoft the rights to distribute ActiBliz games in cloud services.

Today is the final day for the CMA to gather views on the deal before announcing a decision next week.
