The cooperative horror game Lethal Company was released on Steam Early Access in late October and has been gradually gaining popularity ever since. The game is developed by Zeekerss, who previously released several other indies on Steam, including The Upturned.
In the cooperative Lethal Company squads of up to 4 players collect scrap metal and other materials for sale, while bypassing obstacles like hostile creatures and defense systems.

On Nov. 18-19, Steam online surpassed 110,000 players at a time, allowing the game to temporarily break into the service’s top 10. Developer Zeekerss says he can’t believe in the game’s success, and he can’t wait to get started on updates to the game.
