Swedish company Thunderful acquires Fizbin Studios, a German game developer, making it the 11th purchase for Thunderful Studios.
A side note: CoreWeave acquires Conductor Technologies
The German developer is already known for making four games, among which Say No More! and Minute of Islands, which have previously won awards and earned good reviews from critics. In the merger with Thunderful, the studio will retain its independence in terms of creative freedom while developing its new game called Project Kokidon. The Swedes have previously collaborated with Fizbin as publisher of Say No More!
Becoming part of a larger organisation like this is a real advantage for our studio in terms of the support and infrastructure that Thunderful offers. We have their full support to follow our creative vision, and it allows us to focus on making Project Kokidon and our future games the best we’ve ever delivered.Alexander Pieper, CEO of Fizbin
Thunderful currently has 11 gaming companies in its portfolio, with a combined workforce of almost 400 employees, and operates 43 games.
