Edge announced it had closed a $30 million Series A round. The round was led by investors Stardom Ventures and AnD Ventures Company, along with Corner Ventures and gaming giant Playtika, which led Edge’s first «Seed» round of $10 million in 2021.

Using the content platform for gamers from Israeli startup Edge, users cut game highlights and turn them into individual game snippets called «Playables».

The process of creating Playable is similar to recording a video, except that the result is a minigame. When Playable is posted on the Edge platform, viewers press the «start the game» button to go to the captured moment and try their luck on their personal game system. The number of attempts at such a «playthrough» is unlimited.

Edge was founded in 2021 by brothers Asaf and Omri Gazit. Today, the amount of investment the company has raised is estimated at $42 million. Edge has offices in Israel, Los Angeles and New York, and employs 35 people.
