International mobile game publisher AppQuantum has announced the Publish Me Festival 2022 contest winners for mobile game creators. Contestants competed for the grand prize of $20,000.

The festival aims to provide a platform for mobile game developers to showcase new projects in the Casual, Idle, Tycoon and Merge genres and find the best ones among them.

Hero Adventure: RPG Time by Armadillo Games and Merge Harvest by Bonanza Games LLC took second and third place, respectively. The former game won $15,000, and the latter won $10,000. A budget of $5,000 and the title of Honorable Mention went to Lost Twins 2 by Playdew.

First place and the $20,000 contest grand prize went to Campfire Cat Cafe by Skyborne Games Inc. studios. 

The Publish Me 2022 contest, hosted by AppQuantum and the WN Conference, received 139 entries between June 3 and July 21, 2022. The winners were chosen by experts from AppQuantum, Neskin Games, My Games, FatPony and Creative Mobile.

The grand final also included a virtual conference, where audience members received advice from representatives of Imperia Online, Neskin Games, Esigame and AppQuantum. The roundtable discussion and lectures covered a wide range of topics, including iterative development, monetization, limited events, and game creation and publishing.
